We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day exchange policy on all regular-priced products.
Exchange Window
All exchange claims must be made within 7 days of the original delivery date. Requests made after 7 days cannot be entertained.
How Exchanges Work
- We offer exchanges only — cash refunds are not offered for change of mind.
- To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 332 2189182 with your order number and photos of the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Courier Charges
- Change of mind / size or color exchange: the customer bears all courier charges, both for sending the product back to us and for delivery of the replacement.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received: this is our responsibility. We will replace the product at no cost to you — Kapray Wala Store covers all courier charges.
Clearance & Sale Items
Products purchased from our Clearance Sale are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return — unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will replace it free of charge.
