Orders & confirmation
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or repeated refused deliveries.
- Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Payment
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery
- Free delivery nationwide. Estimated timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery delays by courier services during peak seasons or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
Exchanges
